Announcing the 5th DSSAT Development Sprint | Gainesville, Florida | July 25-29, 2016

Lively discussion at the 3rd DSSAT Development Sprint at IFPRI, Washington, DC

Following the successes in the previous workshops, the 5th DSSAT Development Sprint Workshop will be held at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, during the week of July 25. The main purpose of this workshop is for the DSSAT Developers to get together and polish the codebase collectively, but we also welcome anyone working with the DSSAT code and open to collaborate and contribute.

uf_university-of-floridaPlease note we will not be able to provide financial support – but we will provide enough caffeine and ample changes to advance your DSSAT skills proficiency! This will be also a great opportunity to meet with all the DSSAT development team in one place and discuss your research projects with a roomful of experts. If you’re interested in the participation (and if you can self-support your travel), please send a message to Dr. Gerrit Hoogenboom directly to learn more details.
