I am conducting crop modeling researches in a developing country. I would like to participate in the DSSAT training workshop, but do not have financial resource to fund the travel and workshop cost. Is there any opportunity for financial support?

Unfortunately we do not have resources available to financially fund research and training.
However, there are some other agencies that may provide such opportunity. For example, International Foundation for Science (IFS; http://www.ifs.se) supports young scientists in developing countries to establish their careers and accepts grant applications. We will continuously look out for similar opportunities and introduce at our Blog.
