Announcing the 3rd DSSAT Development Sprint Workshop | Maricopa, Arizona, in June 15-19, 2015

2015-05-04_110242Following successes in the previous workshops, the 3rd DSSAT Development Sprint Workshop 2015 will be held at the Maricopa Agricultural Center (MAC) of the University of Arizona (Google Maps) in June 15-19. The main purpose of this workshop is for the DSSAT Developers to get together and polish the codebase collectively – but we also welcome anyone working with the DSSAT code and open to collaborate and contribute.

Please note we will not be able to provide financial support – but we will provide enough caffeine and certainly advance your DSSAT coding proficiency! This will be also a great opportunity to meet with all the DSSAT development team in one place and discuss your research projects with a roomful of experts. If you’re interested in the participation (and if you can self-support your travel), please send a message to Dr. Gerrit Hoogenboom directly to learn more details.
