The largest crop modeling workshop of the year, the DSSAT 2017 International Training Program, was successfully held at the University of Georgia – Griffin Campus from May 15 – 20, 2017. A total of 50 participants, representing more than 20 countries, attended the 6-day workshop to learn more about the science and application of crop simulation models and decision support systems using DSSAT as the main tool. A new version of DSSAT v4.6.5 was used in the training program.
In case you missed this workshop, next year’s training program is already scheduled to be held at the same venue in Griffin, Georgia from May 14-19, 2018.
